Two things

1. In my writing class I have one of my very good friends. We like to laugh a lot. We whisper to each other during class a lot and laugh about things that the teacher says or that he comments on our papers. Today was one of those days. We laughed quite a bit. At the end of class one of the guys in class asked what we were laughing about so we showed him and he smiled and gave a good chuckle. Then after, he told me 

"You have a really great laugh, by the way. It's great."

It made my day.

Compliments.

What a wonderful thing.

Moral of the story: If you like something about someone or you feel like you should give them a compliment or say something nice to them, do it. You never know what people are insecure about and you might be the one person that helps make them feel better about it.

2. Conversations in the elevator are funny. especially when you are talking about something you don't want anyone else to know about, but you try to keep the conversation going.

Today I got in an elevator and this dude and girl walked in, too. The girl immediately said, "yeah, it's whatever. think what you will." but the guy tried to keep talking about whatever it was. Except he tried to use obscure terms so I wouldn't know. He kept going and obviously they were talking about some guy that had just hung out with the girl because he wanted to make out with her, but the guy was trying to be all secretive even though the girl tried to end the conversation because she knew they were in an elevator where everyonnnnne can hear what you say! The girl had to even ask what the guy meant because he was trying to be so sneaky. He ended the conversation with "it's just dumb he tried to say he would come study when he really wanted to...just...[whisper]kick it."

Word to the wise: end a conversation before you get in an elevator if  you don't want other people to hear it. They can decipher your "code words" just like your friend can. 

You guys should try to listen to people on the elevator to see if you ever witness this because I see it happen all the time. It's quite entertaining.

Also, the new twilight movie looks dumb.

The new hunger games movie looks AMAZING.
